I haven't been here in a while.

My life has been rocked...

rainbow rocks, baby rocks, teenager rocks, relationship rocks, and I am the cement...but really, REALLY its  Joyously hard to keep the wall together. 

But gosh Darn, I am a fighter for love dammit! I want to balance the love, EVERYWHERE...

but the energy of it all makes me want to balance my time here...in art..my drug..

IT's SO overwhelming, like being in a tornado..

Time flies sooo FAST and 

its sooo hard sometimes, to keep sane.

My brain just will not quit. it just races with the energy around me.

The inspirations sometimes are ceaseless..

I AM grateful and...

I want to be here now,  but shit..

I got creations, visions, ideas coming out my every orifice.. :) 

Tornados really send things flying :)

Ideas come out when my two year old is screaming-irritated, I guess to take me away from the piercing dragon sounds that come out of his mouth...

I have gotten the most crazy awesome pictures in my head when making love with my husband..and at the same time I'm thinking, be here now, be here now ;) because our intimacy is so beautiful and meaningful to me

Ideas also come out while doing menial chores, because one,I have already mastered this shit and want to focus on something new...and two, I am the house servant, yes I am, and dammit, the ideas/pictures/creations are like "calgon take me away"..Giggle

I'm not really the house servant, I'm just being Drama :)

I am SO SO grateful for my life..

I have recently be reunited with 

Deep Breaths...

In the tornado shallow breathing occurs...

Ideas... non-stop in the car, I see inspiration constantly from everything around me. 

Deep breaths too... are rejuvenating 

AND

can be done at ANY time...

While I love it so much here and want to teach love the best that I can (still learning, always learning), 

I want to create the inspirations, every one of them, and there is soooo many..

I also want to just be a kid and create.

It is so rejuvenating...creation energy

Rebuilds damage from tornados..

But man....Little Kai, he is a beautiful star..something about those eyes...I can get lost in them.

And Indie, that little lover is is our in-house physical exercise machine...

I gotta get my run back in shape..

I've had a pinch in my butt muscle since Kai was born and I need to sprint to catch Indie,

that kid is SERIOUSLY lightening, but sprinting after him is a severe pain in the ass, literally.

:)

But all of the above leads to what is written below...a piece written for our family.

AND

I have come to the realization that upon listing my values 

an abundance of love is all we really need, :) 

What goes around comes around...

anyways....

A way that I hope will help teach our household run smoother..

I am a mother, lover, friend, artist, optimist and inspirer...especially of things involving the heart.

I am writing today because I care deeply for you, for all of us, and I would like to share some very valuable information/thoughts that hopefully you carry in your heart, throughout the journey, that is, your life, our life. 

With this information you can be socially responsible, living a life of integrity and happiness.

I don’t know how many of you go to Church or partake in some sort of religious organization, I don’t really know of that genre’s curriculum, But I believe that in the core of every religion/spirituality/being, is the encouragement of love~

The encouragement of being kind and loving to your neighbor~

Because it is that very foundation that can change the world. 

One may argue and say that living a life in this manner is just so boring...

There is no drama...

Well, what is so boring about feeling good?

What is SO boring about doing things that can make a positive difference in this world?

What is so boring about helping other people feel good?

If it is boring to you then maybe you could ask yourself why am I not wanting to live in a world of peace and happiness.

Am I just not happy with myself therefore living in chaos makes me feel better?

IT’s just not healthy, not for you, not for me, not for US...

but who knows, maybe some thrive on diversity...

we just don't know, 

but in my heart it is only the diversity of positive and positive

that keeps things positive.

Now, I would like to focus on what it means to live a life of integrity. 

What is integrity? 

”I will start off by saying that Integrity is a choice, not an obligation.

By leading a life of honesty/truthfulness and consistency of actions one leads a life virtuous in nature.  Living a life of integrity involves core values such as compassion, dependability, generosity, honesty, kindness, loyalty, maturity, objectivity (the ability to judge fairly without bias or external influences), respect, trust and wisdom. 

By leading a life of integrity one can rest assured that they will have a happy conscience.

When we are acting with integrity, we do what is right, even when no one is watching...

You may all be well on your way already living a life of integrity. But today in this society of technology, this fast paced world, one can fly so quickly that one can lose touch with reality and what is really valuable to us.

We can get all wrapped up in “Peer-land”, who’s has what, who has the nicest car, clothes, house, looks, etc...then one becomes floating in the heir of ego.... then...

Jealousy and competitiveness creeps in and  “Poof!” integrity gets thrown by the wayside. 

So many people put others on a pedestals of high admiration, because they are “smart”, they look “pretty”, “charming”, are “great” at sports, they have “money”, “popular”, well educated etc...but none of that truly makes a difference in this world if you are not living through your heart.

Sometimes people are put on pedestals because they are truly virtuous in nature and may have all of the attributes listed above, but by setting examples of integrity I believe that it is these people who are dedicated to making positive changes in the world. By being kind, helping one another, smiling genuinely, really caring about the world around them, this is someone virtuous in nature.

The truth is we should all be putting ourselves on pedestals, we should all be valuing ourselves just as much as each other.

How can one truly value another if they cannot value themselves?

This is where self respect is soooo important.

How can you love another if you can’t love yourself?

By not respecting yourself, putting yourself down, calling yourself ugly, stupid, etc.. that energy is not acting with integrity. 

Stand tall Molly Lou Melon! You are beautiful just the way you are! 

It is you who is a piece of the puzzle and without you the picture would not be complete :)

But still...there is anger, hatred, jealousy out there...and it’s so old...passed down from generations and layered upon. 

It’s time to let this GO!

How can one fly with a heavy backpack? How can you fly through the sky full of black clouds and see where you are going? How can one see love in the dark? How can one feel love surrounded by murkiness? 

 It is up to us, each individually, whether or not we chose to make positive changes through our experiences on our journeys...

Do you desire to live in a world of love?

Together “WE” can make a difference.

Follow your heart...

Because it doesn’t matter who has the best, all that matters is that you are doing your best, and that is all you can do.

This does not mean we will not make mistakes... because again..if you do your best, that is all you can do...

Living a life of integrity also means that you wish the BEST for all others and know in your heart that doing so, that love will also come back to you. Maybe not right when you/ego wants it but when the timing is right for the magic to happen...and it does. I have experienced this time and time again. I have also experienced the negative side as well and I choose not to be there anymore. 

I want to make a change for the positive in this world and if I choose to stick with Integrity I can do so...so here I am sharing this with you. 

I am not here to be a goody-two-shoes.. I am sharing this because I love you and I hope you love me too. Because without your magical self this world just wouldn’t be the same :)

You may have done this before... maybe not...But I have some questions for you:)

What are your morals? What do you believe to be good/positive for you. What do you live by/stand for?

What are your values? What do you find valuable in life? 

(Material and character)

Do any of your values conflict with the morals you live by?

What do you desire in life?

 What are your ideals? 

And...Can you, will you achieve your desires/ideals by the help of your values and holding true to your morals?

Can you give an example?

Are you living a life of integrity?

Where can you make some changes in life that can help to stay true to your morals and achieve your desires/ideals?

In this world of technology children younger and younger are exposed to various stimuli whether its:

-sexual

-violence

-hatered

and its made to seem ok. But is it really? After writing down and evaluating your morals are these things good for the whole? Are these ways of being adding up to a life of integrity?

I am not perfect, I have not always lived by my values/morals, but if, when I was younger, If it were recommended to me to list my morals and values and see what really is important to me, what could really make a difference in this world, I really think  would have done some things differently in life. I would have started living a life of integrity a lot earlier, been a lot happier AND through less strife. In this fast paced world we live in where money seems to rule, bills to pay, and struggling to get by seems to be a household norm, I believe. 

Much time gets lost to keeping up with all these material things and teaching of the heart goes by the wayside.

Not for all families, but many. 

Parents are off working while children are left to televisions, computers and peers for guidance and supervision. 

What is available to us all these days via internet and television is not discreet and this lack of censorship has added to this society of competitiveness in every genre.

I am not asking for perfection, I am asking you to always do your best, doing your best meaning, living by your own values and morals.

I'm really not in the mood to get to every detail of the last couple of months..

Just want to be here now..

Last week was good :)

Had really good conversations with good friends..

Moved energy again..

Got a re-order on headband orders..

Creating..

Ahh..

Connections...

signs which lead me to believe that its all good..

 at all times can be hard when you are thrown into a whole new lifestyle again-balancing the art of having a toddler and infant" 

Because sometimes my heart has a "schedule" of when it wants to do what, and that schedule is on the same dimension of taking care of/balancing children/infant play..

Which there needs to be much of around here with "Indie-and his energy"..

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh...

I LOVE to play with Indie...

I also love naps :)

I can either nap too when I'm needing some extra energy 

or...

create work-read-housework-exercise

I choose to try for a balance of all of the above..

Out of a typical week I'd love to spend at least 1-2 of my days with some good exercise so...

combining housework and physical fitness a couple days of the week and creating a couple days...

Reading and food-supply prep a day or two a week.

Although I created that three month dinner guide with matching grocery list by the week....

IT still seems kind of overwhelming,

 with all that is in my life at this time,

to totally follow any schedule...

Babies and toddlers are unpredictable and a lot of the time you just have to kind of go with what they want in order to keep the balance/sanity...

And that doesn't just apply to the parents in the situation.

Did I mention that I am VERY grateful that Genie and Mia help keep the sanity/balance? 

And the kids are also being helpful with the younger ones...

anyways, back to the story...

Imagine being a very curious-explorative, lacking self control, two year old, BOY...and

someone telling you no when you REALLY want to be playing with that thing OR just flipping destroying things for the pure curiosity of "what would happen if I do this!?"

That two year old might throw a tantrum, losing his sanity

and As mom's eyes tear up from the shrill and piercing of his fire dragon energy coming from his mouth, she begins to lose her sanity as well :)

Ah.. but usually by that time arrives its pretty close to nap time so....

The dragon goes down for his nap..

Both/all are relieved...

So this one day, during nap time, while starting the headband order...

The idea to hold a headband class came up to the surface again and...

I went for it..it was the perfect timing..

from that idea, up popped The Crystal Project idea again.

I felt it was time to do this loving magical energy

 on a larger scale so...

 the next class I do is going to be a free class...

It's going to be funded by the

 "Follow your Heart Foundation",

which is a little peace bank that sits on my desk.

I have been adding random funds from sales and such in there

to spread the love...

And soon, I will be making a trip out to "DriftStone Pueblo" 

702 West Tower Road  St. Elmo, IL 62458 (618) 829-3158 and getting all the stones and crystals needed for the project.  Just earlier today I got this vision.. "Like...I love this Project" so much and I see it being a really loving peace movement... Love infuser..... People who take the time to just write one little message-positive inspiration-love on a piece of  cardboard (can be recycled from cereal boxes),  tie a string to it, and tie the whole message to a crystal or stone,  and leave it somewhere along your daily travels.  The person the message was intended for finds it, and the message perfectly connects with the person, through the  energy of pure love. And instantly that person is raised to a happier vibration.. and will most likely share that love with another creating a chain reaction of LOVE. Anyways if that is not exciting enough, giggle I thought it could be fun for kids or anyone to just find stones  they like outside and paint the rock and do the same.. I think it could be fun to have a International Crystal Project Day. Ok so that's a little big headed, but could be cool :) I will say though the thing I like about it is that it is anonymous  and who ever gets the message has no idea where it came from, but there it is, just sitting there, saying.. "I am for you, pick me up" And we would all be like little crystal fairies...:) Being a kid, keeps me young... Rejuvenate... I am grateful...I am love...I love my family.
